Die grossen eckicken Dichtungsringlippen deines Kühlschranks hauchen Dir einen Kuss entgegen als Du seine mächtigen Kiefer zärtlich auseinanderziehst. Du legst Deinen Arm lässig über die klobige Metalltür als wolltest du Du ihn liebevoll umarmen wie einen alten Freund, denn das seid ihr eigentlich, alte WG Kollegen, Du und die Maschine: Egal wie Dunkel es sein mag, vor der Haustür oder in Deinem Herz, hier scheint immer ein Licht für Dich... Denn selbst wenn du vergessen hast gestern einzukaufen,es findet sich doch immer noch etwas aus dem man ein kleines spontanes Festmahl zaubern kann um entweder den Hunger, den Blues oder die Langeweile zu vertreiben.Doch im Idealfall quillen die Glasböden nur so über vor Köstlichkeiten... In der weisskalten Kühlschrankwelt gibt es keine Lebenszyklen oder Jahreszeiten, hier wartet man nicht darauf das die Saat aufgeht, hier bangt man nicht um Sonne und Regen oder Frost, hier gibt es keine schlechten Ernten. Nein, hier gibt es nur die Qual der Wahl. Denn irgendwo ist immer Erntezeit. Kiwis aus Neuseeland, Bananen aus Guatemala, Käse aus Holland, Wurst aus Italien.... deine kleiner Miniatursupermarkt mit ausgesuchten Köstlichkeiten stellt dir lediglich die stummte Frage worauf Du denn heute und jetzt gerade Lust hast? Süss? Sauer? Fruchtig? Deftig? Vergessen ist der tägliche Überlebenskampf. Vergessen ist auch das Besondere. Hier herrscht Überfluss! Und das eine oder andere Mal kommt es vor das eine Köstlichkeit in einer Tupperschüssel in Vergessenheit gerät und sich 2 Wochen später mit einem pelzigen Schimmelteppich überzogen wieder findet. Dumm gelaufen... neugekauft...Manchmal betest Du noch vor dem Essen, doch das ist mehr nette Tradition als Ausdruck tiefer Dankbarkeit. Was hat Gott mit Deinem vollen Kühlschrank zu tun müsstest Du Dich fragen, wenn Du Dich fragen würdest... Füllt ER die Regale bei Aldi, Lidl oder Edeka? Geht Gott einkaufen und trägt die schweren Tüten die Treppen hinauf? Wäre der Kühlschrank wirklich leer wenn es Gott nicht gäbe oder er uns vor zweieinhalb monaten verlassen hätte?

Die Zeiten, wo der Kühlschrank ohne Gott leer gewesen wäre, sind für mich gerade mal ein halbes Jahr her… natürlich ist man in Deutschland nie so arm dran wie man es in anderen Ländern sein kann, aber es war trotzdem eine harte Zeit. Ich bin Gott immer noch sehr dankbar für seine Unterstützung.
